Dr. Greg Gifford is Assistant Professor of Biblical Counseling at The Master’s University. He earned his PhD in Biblical Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts in biblical Counseling from The Master’s University, and a BA in Pastoral Ministry from Baptist Bible College. He has worked as both a full-time biblical counselor and associate pastor before joining the TMU faculty – counseling in both non-profit and local church settings. Greg also served as a Captain in the United States Army from 2008-2012 after which he transitioned to counseling ministry. His research interests are the influencing role of habits to desires and also Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. He has published three books: "Lies My Therapist Told Me" (Harper Collins), "Heart and Habits" (Kress) and "Helping Your Family Through PTSD" (Wipf & Stock).
He is a certified fellow and counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) and ordained pastor. When not teaching, Greg serves as an Associate Pastor at Faith Community Church in Newhall, CA and hosts the podcast, Transformed. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Amber, and joyfully (most of the time!) raises three boys together with her.

Who can Attend?
ISI Conference is open to all men who desire to grow in their knowledge of God and in the area of personal discipleship.
What happens if I can't make it?
Tickets are non-refundable; however, they can be transferred.
Where should I stay?
There are several hotels and motels available within 15 miles of Hickman Community Church.
Where will I eat?
All meals during the conference are provided for, beginning at dinner on Friday night through lunch on Saturday.
What should I wear?
